These deposits cover work completed in preparation for your order. This deposit is non-refundable and is paid up front after finalizing your order. The deposit not only shows good faith but also pays partial cost of your order preparations. These items can take up to 2 weeks due to preparation. Orders are taken on a first come, first serve basis. We receive inquires for items that may be temporarily unavailable so if an order is canceled at the last minute, we lose business that could have come from orders held in queue. For this reason, deposits are non-refundable if an order is canceled. Balances must be paid in full before delivery unless otherwise arranged. For some last minute cancellations, the full price may still be charged on your order and is non-refundable due to the amount of time and supplier our handcrafters put into their work.
