We ship to the US and Internationally (additional shipping charges may apply). 

• Orders over $100.00 = FREE

Many items are handcrafted specialty items and are created when the order is placed. Please allow up to two to three weeks for these items to ship so that we can prepare with the care they deserve.

• Shipping charges are based on USPS rates. If your item ships less based on weight, you will be refunded for any overages.
• Due to flammability, expected ETA for oils is 2 - 9 days.

If an item is sold out, a substitution will be offered or a refund will be made.

Some products rrequire a signature confirmation upon delivery through the post office from our artist. If you will not be home, you may go to the the post office to pick up your order.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days, with reason for return at mysticpaths.net@gmail.com. 

We want you to be happy with your order. 

Full refunds require the return of an unopened product and explanation for return.  If the merchandise is returned to us broken because of poor packaging on your part, we cannot refund you. We will try to correct any problems you may have, so please contact us with the problem before returning merchandise!

Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned because their quality or contents cannot be assured once they have left our facility:

All oils, handcrafted/special order items, herbs/teas, or any product which has clearly been used or open.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund you for the shipping charges if they have already been used to ship your order.  Refunds are given on-line through PAYPAL, and are processed within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods.  If you are sending merchandise back for a refund because you changed your mind, you are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund.
