Many of our non-handcrafted items ship within 72 hours! Handcrafted items will ship within 2 weeks due to preparation. Oils are NOT drop shipped due to flammability and expected ETA is 2 - 9 days. If an item is sold out, a substitution will be offered or a refund will be made. Back orders are not sent. Some items are handcrafted specialty items and is made when orders are placed. Require a signature confirmation upon delivery through the post office from our artist. If you will not be home, you may go to the the post office to pick up your order.
We will send you an email when the item is shipped to ensure that you receive your order.
No additional fees will be incurred by you for this addition to the shipping. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days, with reason for return at mysticpaths.net@gmail.com. We want you to be happy with your order. Full refunds require the return of an unopened product and explaination for return. If the merchendise is returned to us broken because of poor packaging on your part, we cannot refund you. We will try to correct any problems you may have, so please contact us with the problem before returning merchandise!
Non Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned because their quality or contents cannot be assured once they have left our facility:
Fragrance, Essential, Carrier Oils, Handcrafted/Special Order Items, Herbs, Teas, or any product which has clearly been used or open.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund you for the shipping charges if they have already been used to ship your order. Refunds are given online through PAYPAL, and are processed within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods. If you are sending merchandise back for a refund because you changed your mind, you are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund.
