This 30 minute service uses communal cards. For in-person readings, you may provide your own deck or purchase from our store.

What is a tarot reading?

A tarot reading is a form of divination used to make changes in your life. This is done by arrangements of the cards drawn from a shuffled deck. The layout of the cards is known as a spread and determines what each card refers to. It uses the cards to represent the different options and their outcomes.

Each tarot deck consists of 78 cards. There are 22 major arcana (also known as trumps) cards, such as The Lovers, The Fool, The World, etc. The remaining 56 cards are minor arcana. They are divided into 4 suites of 14 cards each. The suites are Swords, Cups, Wands (sometimes called Rods), and Pentacles (sometimes called Coins). The traditional meanings of the cards are the same regardless of the specific deck used.

  • Past-Present-Future:  Uses 3 cards to symbolize past, present, and future.
  • Body-Mind-Spirit:  Uses 3 cards to symbolize body, mind, and spirit.
  • 12 Month: This spread allows you see what is coming over the next 12 months.
  • Celtic Cross:  This traditional layout provides you with an indication of your current and coming opportunities.
  • 5 Card Horseshoe: Represents your recent past, present, the unexpected, near future, further future so you will know what holds you and you can make changes.
  • 7 Card Horseshoe:  Is similar to the 5 Card Horseshoe spread by Representing your recent past, present, the unexpected, near future, further future so you will know what holds you and you can make changes. It also provides the gate which is the way ahead that is opened or closed by.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What training have you had?

I have attained the rank and dignity of the First Degree of Clergy within the Correllian Tradition, and have been duly initiated into this estate, succeeding now to all duties and responsibilities, rights and privileges pertaining thereunto.

This means a licensed, ordained professional.  I obtained my degree in October 2008 after a year and a day of study at WitchSchool International.

In August of 2009, I received my certification for First Degree Reiki Practitioner through the Correllian Order of Reiki & Sacred Light Temple.

2. Will you come to my location?

Travel fees are determined by the General Services Administration (GSA). The GSA establishes per diem rates for destinations within the Continental United States.

Lodgings, meals, and other expenses are determined by Domestic Per Diem and vary by city, state, and will be written into the contract. This is mainly for out-of-state locations and is in lieu of the mileage fee.

The mileage fee applies to Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) Mileage Reimbursement Rates currently set at $0.55 per mile outside 30 miles of Columbus, Indiana.

Exact overage fees may be calculated by using Google Maps to find the actual distance to your location.
